Kinaway are seeking Stallholders for The Koorie Market @ Naarm Melbourne Conference and Exhibition Centre on September 9, from 6-8pm!
Kinaway Chamber of Commerce, Vision 2020 and the City of Melbourne, are inviting you to host a stall at The Koorie Market in Naarm. The Market will run in parallel with the Meet & Greet Down Under event at the World Congress of Optometry Conference. More than 1400 delegates have registered to attend and will be looking for unique Indigenous products as gifts and souvenirs to take back to their home state and countries.
What are we offering our participating stallholders?
It is free to participate. Stallholders are being offered guaranteed minimum fee of $300 to help cover expenses as well as parking costs at South Wharf. We may be able to assist a small number of stallholders from regional Victoria by reimbursing travel costs. We will be providing trestle tables, chairs, and power. We ask that stallholders bring their own displays and relevant promotional material. If need be, we will have volunteers assisting stallholders with set-up, pack down, and transporting goods from the carpark to the market location. Set-up will begin from approximately 4:30pm and pack down will begin at the close of the event at 8pm.
What are we asking of our participating stallholders?
In return for the $300 fee, we only ask that each stallholder contribute one item to our raffle.
