Kinaway Chamber of Commerce is currently accepting ‘Expressions of Interest’ for attendance at a Men’s Health and Wellbeing Camp to be held at Lakes Entrance from May 4th through to the 5th. Held by Kinaway’s Mental Health and Wellbeing Clinician, Brendan Hede, the camp is aimed at male First Nation’s business owners and will guide them through maintaining wellbeing and health in the context of a First Nation’s business.

There will be storytelling as well as cultural walks to coincide with the camp; these will allow members to explore their internal struggles and give them a space to discuss and hear from fellow owners, giving them opportunities to learn and understand from one another. In addition, the camp will give owners new tools on how to deal with stress and the issues that arise with growing and running a business.

Food and accommodation will be provided – Confirmation of attendance is pending approval by Kinaway Chamber of Commerce.

Kinaway will be allowing up to two individuals from a member business to attend the camp.

Please be advised there is limited spots available for the camp, attendance will be offered on a ‘first in, first serve’ basis. Response to this EOI Form does not guarantee a place in the event.

Please be advised this camp is for male Kinaway members only! We will have further events and workshops on the way for female members soon!

Please complete the expression of interest form below if this interests you.

Expressions of Interest close on the 21st of April 5:00pm.
